Terms & Conditions — bdbjet Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the bdbjet platform — including its website, mobile web interface, games, sports betting markets, live casino services, or any associated features — you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account if one has been registered.

bdbjet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Where amendments are material, bdbjet will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on file.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the bdbjet platform is permitted only to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are aged 21 years or older. bdbjet enforces a strict 21+ policy and will not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will, for personal entertainment, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or excluded by bdbjet from using the platform.
• You are not listed on any national or international excluded-persons register applicable to online gambling.

bdbjet reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify eligibility. Accepted documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Where age or identity cannot be confirmed to bdbjet's satisfaction, the account will be suspended pending verification and no withdrawals will be processed during that period.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To place bets or wager on the bdbjet platform, you must register a single personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may maintain only one registered account on bdbjet. Opening duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, bdbjet will close all but the earliest registered account. Any bonuses, winnings, or free bets earned across duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. bdbjet will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised account access where that access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify bdbjet support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised activity on your account.

4. Deposits

bdbjet accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer methods including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your bdbjet wallet upon confirmation by the payment provider, typically within thirty seconds for mobile wallet transactions.

All funds deposited into your bdbjet account are held in a dedicated player funds account, separate from the company's operational funds. Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. bdbjet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit made from a payment method that does not match the registered account holder's identity may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

bdbjet does not charge any fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which bdbjet bears no responsibility. Processing times and availability may vary on public holidays or during periods of network congestion in Bangladesh.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on bdbjet are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to identity verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Verified accounts requesting withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours typically receive funds within five minutes of approval.

bdbjet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request. You may be required to submit copies of your NID or passport, a selfie with the document, and a screenshot of the mobile wallet registered to your account. These requirements are in place to protect players and to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.

Any balance derived from bonus funds that has not met the applicable wagering requirement is not eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw such funds before satisfying wagering conditions will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account balance.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, bdbjet offers welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that offer only.

Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bdbjet promotions:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated per offer) before any resulting balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• Game contribution: Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate. Refer to each promotion's terms for the applicable contribution table.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated free spins expire within the period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are removed automatically from the account balance.
• Abuse prevention: bdbjet uses automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play. Accounts engaged in such behaviour may have bonuses forfeited and accounts suspended.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless expressly stated otherwise in a promotion.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the bdbjet sports betting markets and all wagers on bdbjet casino games are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you understand and accept those rules. The following general principles apply across all bdbjet betting products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after confirmation, except where bdbjet's specific product rules expressly permit cash-out or bet editing.
• In the event of a technical failure affecting a game or betting market, bdbjet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• Odds displayed on sports markets are indicative until a bet is confirmed. bdbjet may update odds in real time in response to market movements, team news, or live match events.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, per market, and per player account. These limits are determined by bdbjet at its sole discretion and may be adjusted without notice.
• All slot and live casino games on bdbjet use certified random number generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bdbjet platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Registering multiple accounts to exploit welcome or promotional bonuses more than once.
• Using another person's payment method or identity to fund or operate an account.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions processed by bdbjet.

9. Privacy & Data

bdbjet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, prevent fraud, and where you have opted in, to send you promotional communications.

10. Limitation of Liability

bdbjet provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdbjet excludes all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. bdbjet does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall bdbjet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bdbjet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bdbjet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

bdbjet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise improper purposes.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion through bdbjet's Responsible Gaming tools.

You may close your account at any time by contacting bdbjet support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following identity verification.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, account balance, transaction, or any other matter, you must contact bdbjet customer support in the first instance by emailing [email protected] with full details of your complaint. bdbjet will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.

If your complaint remains unresolved after the internal resolution process, you may request that the matter be escalated to bdbjet's senior complaints team. bdbjet is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution and will provide a written final decision within 28 days of escalation. bdbjet's decision on matters of game outcome and bet settlement shall be final, subject only to demonstrable evidence of a system error.
